You can use the Work app to manage your Festool tools and to significantly expand the functionality of your connected tools: Adjust your tools to your specific working conditions, register for the Warranty all-inclusive or check your performance data at any time.

If something should go wrong with your tool, the Work app sends you the right solution via notification directly to your smartphone – for efficient work progress and perfect results that are tailored to your needs.

TOOLS: Receive the right assistance from notifications sent directly to your smartphone and access a range of tutorials. Install software updates to work with the latest functions for your tool at all times. Apply individual settings to your tool or access tool data in real time. Available for: TPC 18/4 cordless (percussion) drills, CTC SYS I cordless Systainer extractor, CTC MINI I and MIDI I cordless compact dust extractors, CT MINI I and MIDI I compact dust extractors, PLANEX LHS 2 225 EQI long-reach sander.

SERVICE: Use the integrated scanner to register your tools for Warranty all-inclusive quickly and easily. You can also use it to request repairs easily or get in touch with Festool.

LAST CONTACT: You can view the location in which your tool was last connected (e.g. on the construction site). This means it can be quickly and easily located if lost.

RETAILER SEARCH: Find the nearest retailer in your area and receive directions to navigate you straight there – available for international retailers too. You can also simply save your preferred retailer using the Favourites function.

PROFILE: Here you can modify and update your MyFestool account, and access information on data privacy, company details, ways of getting in touch and the Terms and Conditions of Use.
